ABOUT THE AUTHORS
In 2012 artist and yogi Jessica Kung Dreyfus and Stéphane Dreyfus completed a 450-day silent retreat. Together they discovered a method of practice that combines ancient Buddhist traditions of silence and retreat with contemporary practices. Jessica's work primarily explores how the eastern tradition of the energetic body informs our experience in our bodies, buildings, and urban environments. Through drawings, Jessica unites her training in western art and architecture and eastern philosophy and methodology. Stéphane is a writer, yogi, meditator, teacher, and sanskrit enthusiast. Having practiced silence and meditation for years, they are excited to share the power that silence can have on your creative practice. Unspoken is their step-by-step creative retreat-in-a-box for you to unpack and practice.
